Responsible for driving the cloud-speed revolution, transforming cities, counties, states, and education systems with modern application delivery and intelligence. Aligning business outcomes to technology solutions using cloud-driven dashboards, sensors, machine learning, and analytics for efficiencies and predictive/prescriptive analytics. Collaborating with the Oracle SaaS team, we transitioned from on-premise to Cloud and Cloud Applications.

2. Global companies, Real Estate/Construction, and Governments, operationalizing Digital Twin TransformOSA 

Responsible for driving reseller, distribution, and business partner relationships to transition the construction industry into the digital age of IoT-based outcomes delivery. Aligning IoT technology with business outcomes using sensor technology, analytics, machine learning, and predictive/prescriptive analytics to drive efficiencies.

Accelerated the growth of digitally-focused business partners in the construction industry, where Molex was new.

• Worked with global companies like Microsoft, ExxonMobil, JCI, Georgia-Pacific, and USG to digitize their offerings and modernize their workspaces.

Converted technology marketing to focus on human-outcomes marketing, empowering sales and executives to engage with CEOs and construction contractors.

• Mentored Molex interns, assisting with their value proposition for the company Innovation Challenge. Trained them on our IoT platform’s properties, explaining how it benefits businesses: improving employee health and well-being, reducing upfront and annual costs, increasing maintenance process efficiencies, and boosting revenue per employee.

• Empowered a global committee to define a new go-to-market strategy for sister-companies in the same industry, considering team and individual approaches.

SaaS vendor ServiceNow license and professional services sales in a seven-state region, leveraging ITILv3 certification and process experience to enhance the employee and customer experience.

Technology Portfolio Manager for a large OEM/integrator of solutions for an international reseller. As the HP relationship manager, established and grew top-down relationships across the HP solutions portfolio, coordinating HP Enterprise Group products with manufacturer partners and reseller partners.

• Responsible for sales of Meridian IT’s entire product line to U.S. and international customers, including OEM sales from major vendors like Sun/Oracle, IBM, EMC, HP, Cisco, Hitachi Data Systems, NetApp, Veritas Software, and Meridian Cloud Services. Generated over $10 million in revenue annually by integrating multiple OEM offerings into cohesive solutions for key accounts like Bridgestone-Firestone, Retail, and Credit First N.A., BlueCross BlueShield Association, BCBSA, Baker McKenzie, Pearson, MasterCard, CME Group, Cayuga Medical, Jeld-Wen, BMW, and NA. Achieved #1 in division after ITILv3 certification.

• Led datacenter sales for 30+ account executives from a recently acquired company, championing open source solutions from IBM, Cisco HPE, NetApp, and Palo Alto Networks.

Transformed the complete printing process from concept to analog to digital, digitizing the entire design-to-delivery workflow.

• Worked with major retailers and marketing companies like Ace Hardware, Burdines, Leo Burnett, and FCB Global. Assisted in the growth of Veggie Tales 3D animation, supplying workstations and back-office ideations and implementations.

• Drove multi-product adoption of digital workflow from standard pre-press & printing press to digital printing for Heidelberg, the largest press manufacturer.
